I just ordered and … I just ordered and pair of these bad boys and all i have to say is wow i have heard nothing but good things about these headset and even somepeople on gamebattles compaired the x41’s with the Astro a40’s and chose the x41’s over the Astros so good job on making such a great headset and i cant wait to get my pair of X41’s. Thank you for making such a great headset and keep up the good work

Is there supposed … Is there supposed to be a high pitch sound when I put in the chat cable? It’s not there when I don’t have it in, but immediately when it is in.. the high pitch sound comes back. It’s not like a hiss, but just a high pitch, its really annoying and gives me headaches, is it normal?
I’m definitely … I’m definitely picking one of these up. but i have a question. is the cable that connects to your 360 controller improved? such as reliability because i really hate having to order a new one just to have it break a while after you know.
actually theres a … actually theres a difference too. Astros have mixamp, and they are wired, not wireless. This the the best wireless headset, and they include an TOSlink cable for free, which is an extra $20.
patents prevent … patents prevent that, so there will probably never be a wireless headset(mic) that is made.-and if Microsoft allows production of wireless mics from anyone but themselves, it won’t be for awhile.

Turn down the … Turn down the volume control on the transmitter. If the sound is too loud, the transmitter will automatically turn it down, which is what I think is happening to you. The loud sounds of guns firing must be overloading the transmitter audio input which is causing it to turn down the level too much. If you lower the input volume on the transmitter, it won’t overload and the sound will be fine.

ive noticed ur comenting back on these coments im having a problem with my x4’s they a cutting out on nazi zombies every time i fire a weapon and on cod 4 they are cutting out when 50 cals and desert eagles fire at me and also the helicopter my freind also has the same problem on zombies and deathmatch. please can u tell me wot is causing this problem the x4 is an amazing headset i would highly recomend it except for this one problem PLASE HELP!!
I don’t know how it … I don’t know how it compares in loudness to the X3 mic monitor, but I know it does have the monitor. Some people complained that the monitor was too loud, so we turned it down a bit.
The X41 has a mic … The X41 has a mic monitor feature, just like the X3. If you turn down the game volume and blow into the mic you should hear it in the headset. It’s not loud, but just enough to make you not scream louder when you’re talking. If you don’t hear it, take off the foam on the mic and make sure the holes on the mic are facing your mouth. If you inserted the boom incorrectly the mic might be facing away from your mouth.
I had the X3’s for about a year and I could hear myself talk through the headset and everything was fine. I purchased these X41’s but can’t hear myself. I know they both have the capability to hear myself talk but am unable to do so with the X41’s.

Hi,
